Property case on ancestral property turning as civil case

I'm converted Christian and my marriage was registered christianity.but on papers we are hindus.My husband committed suicide in 2010 leaving me and my minor daughter.the reason is unknown but since he was telling about loss in business very frequently i concluded his death is due to loss in business.my in-laws doubted me for his death and traced numbers of males to which I sent texts and calls after his death.based on these records they lodged complaint to comissioner.when I called for enquiry in station,in grief I explained they were my ex employees,I don't know what was the report sent after investigation as my in-laws can change anything with their money Influence.inlaws dint give any property share for my daughter said they paid debts of my husband .I filed property case in 2016 asking share for my daughter on ancestral property,trial came last week for cross and in the case the other side advocate questions me repeatedly on death of my husband and states my husband died as I had wrong relationship,she also said that she will put criminal case and put me beside bars.the case is civil suite but her questions were about death of my husband.she not letting my advocate to object.even judge dn't say anything.im planning to withdraw case now as I'm mentally getting affected.whats the advice.will she put false criminal case on me and separate me from my daughter.? I want a peaceful life .now my advocate not interested to withdraw my case he always sends alternate advocate and never appears for my case.kindly advice I'm going through depression.
