I dont want to serve Notice Period

Hi Currently I am working with Big IT Company in Accounts team as an Analyst. I hardly have 15-20 minutes work in a day and rest of the day I am just keep on clicking on my windows tab. So I have resigned from the company and as per the offer Letter they have 90 days notice period but i don't want to serve the complete notice period. I just wanted to leave the company within 50-60 days and rest of the notice period which i will not serve I am ready to pay off the company but HR is continuously forcing me to serve the complete notice period due to which i am getting depressed day by day. My managers are ready to release me but the HR is only not allowing. Please find the below screen shot of offer letter portion having detail of reasingnation terms : Your services during the period of probation shall be liable to be terminated giving three (03) months’ notice or three months’ basic salary in lieu thereof without assigning any reason thereof. Likewise you will also be competent to terminate your contract of employment by giving three (03) months’ notice. The waiver of the notice period fully or partially or acceptance of such basic salary is at the Company’s sole discretion.  The company shall be entitled to accept your prospective resignation with effect from a date earlier than the one offered by you and thus relieve you at any time during your notice period Signature of the employee as the notice is for the benefit of the management and balance notice period can be waived at any time by the management. In such an event, however, you shall be paid basic salary for the remaining period of your notice. In case the management at your request accepts a shorter period of notice, you shall be entitled to receive your salary only for the actual number of days worked. Thanks & Regards Prem Kumar
