Gift Deed Cancellation/Transfer in Daughter name

I was in a live in relationship from 2008, I have a 7 year old daughter from this , in 2014 due to severe pressure from my partner I made a gift deed in her name and as gifting the property to my wife, after the gift deed was registered my partner and her mother started harrasing me and filing false complaints against me in police, they want me to move out of the house, finally in Dec 2018 they fought came to hit me with some people fortunately i was not hurt but one of their men got hurt in the head , immediately they went and again filed a case against me saying I hit them, while i was in police custody they threw all my belongings out changed the lock of the house and not allow me in, I am staying out for the last 2 months, can you advice what should i file in the court to cancel the gift deed and also for custody of my daughter. I do not have another house of my own this was a house i bought from my earnings out of love I gifted and in the gift deed it is mentioned gift to wife, she does not want to continue the relation and she clearly says she has no relation with me. please advice
