Do i Have a medical malpractice case?

2 1/2 years ago I had a labral repair surgery in my left hip, my arthrogram had positive signs of a labral tear and the numbing agent with the dye helped relieve my pain so we proceeded with surgery. My surgeon was in SF, I live in san diego where I did my recovery, slowly, but per dr orders. When I started being more active the pain returned. I went to see him for a 9 moth post op visit, he said I had a flared up hip flexor being active and I had tendinitis/bursitis blaming me for not doing the proper therapy. I did acupuncture, more therapy with no relief so I looked into PRP with other orthopedic surgeons. I saw three separate orthopedic surgeons that suggested I might have instability (hip dysplasia) that could be addressed with PAO (Periacetabular Osteotomy) and due to my prolonged inactivity and continued pain tendinitis/bursitis did not seem like an accurate diagnosis. I went back and got my medical history from my original surgeon who had "hip instability" listed as possible diagnosis yet he never told me. I had the PAO surgery with a hip specialist in LA, this year right before my insurance ran out. Do I have case for delayed diagnosis/misdiagnosis/pain&suffering?
