Regarding OBC non creamy layer certificate

Hello sir, I am a married woman, am applying for Railway recruitment board ( RRB ) exam or job for the post of Junior Engineer. It is a central government job. I want to apply on OBC non creamy layer quota. so my question is am I eligible for this? And my details are as follows 1) My caste is Veerashaiva lingayat ( Karnataka state ) 2) The above mentioned caste comes under 3B ? 3) If it comes under 3B , 3B comes under OBC ? 4) If yes ,for non creamy layer quota , should I consider my father's annual income? Or husband's annual income? Or both? 5) If it's father's income ? Should I consider his basic or starting salary? Or salary of which he had on his retirement time ? Please answer for all 5 questions separately. Am in very urgent need of this tomorrow is last day for application fill up so I request you to reply me as soon as possible please it helps me lot please please please am in a very big confusion regarding this so please please reply me soon.
