Bond Agreement for 2 years with Academical certificates

Hello , I Have been signed employee agreement for 2 years by giving my certificates if in case i quit in between i had to pay 1.2 L , and i joined company, then i got realized after serving for few weeks, that i went to wrong place, with no proper hikes where person should get, and no career growth could have make, so i decided to quit the job and to find better opportunity (by thinking there is no mean to serve company for two years and wasting 2 years of life), However, In mean while I found better opportunity , So I informed them about quitting, so they have asked for pay of 1.2 L, so finally they didn't get convinced, I had no choice to convince my new company and i reveled them my current condition of bond and all, so that they agreed with the circumstances and agreed for employment, Now i currently working with the same company which i convinced, Still they having my certificates with them and having no concern of anything, Note:1)No training has been provided with any other institutes, 2)I been there for just four months of period, 3)Salary pay was 12k + 1.5k PF deduction = 13.5K per month, 4)I do have the copy of bond agreement,offer letter,and xerox copies of certificates with me, this would be my first experience in bond agreements,, Is there any legal way to get back my certificates back ..Please let me know Thanks..
