Iligal termination
Can any employer terminate any employee within 2 hours of reaching the office by telling them that this is your performance issue and we have to terminate you immediately without giving him any notice or cap letter or PIP for anything at all can they terminate an employee, my second question would be there are multiple acts there are different kind of acts one of them would be the industrial dispute act 1947 second one is the industrial dispute standard management act 1948 third one would be the factory act 1945 there are different policies and procedures under the act should companies have to follow these policies and procedures made by these acts or if not because I know that any company is authorised to make policies and procedures as per their comfort level but I am I strongly believe they have to be under the acts, so if a company haven't made its policies as per the act is that particular company is wrong, my third question is that how exactly a private organisation like BPO KPO and LPO make their policies should we have to be under the rules and regulations of the Government of India or they can make their policies like however they feel comfortable with.
