Company not paying for my leave balances and not clearning fnf

Hi Sir, I was in the upper management of a company and directly working under ceo of the company. All of sudden one day he told me that i'm not suitable for the position that i'm holding so he offered me to work in another position with lesser salary, which i refused. So he gave me a notice of one month and sent me on garden leaves for a month next day. As i was not willing to continue this way with lesser salary i accepted it but i didn't resign. Later when they sent my fnf working i asked them for my leave balance encashment, after that they started behaving odd and said that all my leaves will be adjusted in garden leaves which i don't think is fair because it was a notice from company not me. Also they didn't have any HR policy or any HR working in the company, being on management position my attendance also was never taken into consideration while processing payroll(Though i never took leaves but due to meetings and uneven timings i used to miss my biometric punching) and i was paid salary for the whole month. Now they are threatening me that if i ask for my leave balance then they will cut all my leaves basis the biometric record. Is this fair???? Can they deduct my salary now for past months? Because now they don't bother as they don't need me anymore. Please suggest what should i do?? I'm feeling used
