Death of employee on company tour

Dear Sir, My spouse aged 39 years working for a MNC IT company (for 12 years with the same company)was on official tour in a Hilly area with her official team . During tour she suffered breathless, the Doctors were called in ten minutes to revive her .However by the time the doctors could reach she passed away in a span of ten minutes and efforts to revive her failed . She is survived by her Husband and 9 year old school going daughter . She was never hospitalised for any ailment during her course of employment (apart from maternity delivery) nor was she suffering from High blood pressure or high sugar . She was completely healthy. The employer has sent following Forms to family 1) Group Death claim Form 2) Form 20 PF 3) Form 10 D Pension Form Are the family members entitled to a compensation claim from the employer (since the untimely demise has happened in course of discharging her duties) , apart from the three above mentioned payouts? The Final post mortem report mentions "death due to asphyxiation" , death certificate and panchanama are received. The police has also closed the case. Is it a medico legal case ? Requesting your opinion.
