full and final settlement

As i was instructed By my senior manager(Ravindra Belwalkar), manager(Pravin Kumar), HR(Nupur Nagesh) not to have a custody of a laptop Post office hours and was done By me as instructed by respective seniors. If the laptop is missing from the office premises Post Office working hours, so how am i responsible for the missing. And the Day when it came to my knowledge of missing of laptop....Same was mailed and informed to heirarchy. Even though laptop was reserved under my name, i would have been responsible for the same if lost By me during office hrs under my custody. So kindly look into the matter and release my FnF at earliest. Hoping for a positive outcome after considering the above mentioned scenario. but still i hv not received any revert from my company...n when i had spoke to HR head , he said it was allotted against my name...hence m responsible for the same. kindly give me some solution to my issues...since even company is not working or ready to investigate in the matter....
