Company is not giving my calim bill money

Dear , I live in haldwani (uttrakhand). I recieve a mail from a company name Saferty Circle which is based on chandigarh they are hiring sale person for haldwani location n they asked me to come chandigarh for final round . They told me they will pay my travel expense. So i went to chandigarh for final round n i was selected . And after one week they called me again for the come to chandigarh for one week for training . Also promise me to give my all bills claim . I stayed 4 days in chandigarh for training.then it was saturday company holiday they told me to go now haldwani so i came back to haldwani. And monday again i recieve a call from HR to cone chandigarh for training but due to some health issue i reached wednesday in chandigarh n my training will started again and in the mid of training HR is coming and said that we are no longer to continue with you n ask me to leave . Than i ask for what is the reason they said we send you mail regarding this .. i told them about what about my expenses. They said submit your bills n claim form .and you will get money next week. But its been 3 month now they are not answering my call always message me its been under process. Now they been threatning me that they will file case against me for talking rude n misbehave
