false rape case.....

Hi. My brother is handicape with both legs and he is not walking.. he is having 1 gf. And my parents came to.visit me in r.s.a. so he is staying alone at home. In india now his girlfriend and her sisters used to come at home everyday for cleanig and cooking.. after few weeks his gf's sister laid a charged that he raped her 3 times and did videography at cctv camera, my brother is arrested on 11th april, we engange 2 lawyers for his bail application but not yet got hearing for his bail application.. getting different dates for app. And gf' sister and her bf was asking money for short this out and get him out and withdraw the case.. but we decided not to give money and fight till the and.. now my brother gf is favouring him and give affidivit in front of magistrate that this allegestion is false which is given by her sister because when ever we are at my bf's home we were togather and her didnt do anything to her. Now day b4 yesterday gf's sister phoned me and appolosing me and was saying that now.she is regreting please forgive her she did all this because of her bf was forcing her to do so because of money.. and file affidivit in front of magistrate and want case is withdraw. Now yesterday was hearing of bail but again its gone on 27th april. I spoke to our lawyer that how he is not relesed yet. Because every evidence in favour of him even that girl who laid charges now favouring hi. He said this affidivit they packed in a seal and will open only when our case get final decision.. please help me what can i do to free my handicap brother from jail.....
