Tata tele
We asked for Tata Tele PRI line with 20 channels for our office.
They approached me and convinced me for alternate to PRI, the Smart office with PRI and 2MBps Leased Line along with PRi and convinced me with that Leased line wich cost 8000/- and odd is far better then the Broad band which costs very less. I tempted and took the connection. Thereafter I have faced lot of problems as the Smart Office is a new system which their staff are not having full knowledge about its functionality and could not guide us which type of instruments we are supposed to use and whenever we raise a complaint no reply used to come from them expect an automated reply.
After with a great follow up the guided about the Instrument to be purchased form Delhi of the Same vendor.
Thereafter, regarding the leased line also I have been complaining the browsing of the net itself is horrible in one system only forget about the no.of systems connected in lan. I even Sugggested that they may check whether there may be a problem with the smart office and asked them to check without the smart office whether it works properly. For that also no reply.
But they kept on raising the bills without solving the problems and I protested that I would not pay eany of them untill they sort out the issue. Inthe meantime they discunnected.
Whitth lot of pursuance, they accepted that they have fault and said entire bills will be waived off and they give a new connection a fresh. They have given a Fresh connection of Leased Line as new one and tthe phone is reconnected in the same old account from October and Leased Line from November.
Noe the Telephone Bills is coming with the arrears from the begining and not for the latest October bill alone which I am supposed to pay. When I protested that I would not pay the bills until the bills are rectified and they are insisnting to pay the bills Lease line which is of no use with out telephone.
We are keeping only Leased Line just because of Telephone connection with new technology though its a waste of money for 8500/- pm for a minimum guarantee for 2 years. I made it very clear to them if the phone does not work I do not need the leased line and more over we are not using the same and got a connection of Broad band which is the best in lan working better than Leased Line. Because of this kind of inconsistency, we are loosing the overheads roughly 1.5 to 2 lakhs just because of lack of telephone. We have printed stationaries and websites with the phone number. Please suggest what can be done.
