Outstanding Personal Loan Recovery

I am a unemployed female. I took a loan when I was working from HDFC Bank in 2011 and stopped paying after only few installments. It might sound stupid but as the time passed I forgot about the outstanding loan, we changed phones .. cities. Now recently my relatives started getting call to know of my whereabouts. I called the number provided and spoke to obnoxiously rude Devinder... The number I spoke the is [deleted].. as per true caller it shows as of a company called Capital Float and not HDFC bank. When I spoke to Devinder I said I am.willing to clear off the dues but need time till Januray to pay off or start paying off. He was hell bent on clearing the dues by 25th December in one go. It was told that it is not possible, it was informed to him that we are willing to meet but we are not in Delhi so will take time to meet. Today he called again and wanted to know my address.. I refused sharing details till I have few details about him. On this he went bersek and being extremely rude.."ab to tu khud branch chal.ke aayegi.. main Dekh loonga " I want to know. (I am willing to pay) 1- What are my rights, is it my right to not to tell.my current address. 2- Should I not have any form of proof from any person calling on behalf of the bank. 3 - Should I approach bank directly for paying this off. Because these agents are getting really rude. 4 - Should I approach DRT of bank to settle this.
