I appeared for SSC ER Kolkata Interview in 2014 year and I missed job by losing 1 mark,which is Second waiting list in the selected list.My Interview mate one got first mark and selected for the post but she did not submitted her OBC certificate on that day but allowed for Interview.But I have referred previous cases that CAT cases regarding submission of caste certificates at time of Interview.I filed Public GRIEVANCE for clarification for me which I had presented well in Interview.But they replied they had given time to submit caste certificate. Meanwhile I applied for the post of SSC ER another Notification in 2015.I submitted application enclosing all my certificates but they asked to me send certificates by mail.I had sent mail to the SSCER.but,they had not accepted my application.I filed RTI asking accept my application which I had sent through mail.but they replied me as per records they didn't received my mail .I filed first appeal in RTI showing proof of sent mail screenshots.afterthat they had replied that your application is accepted but ur not eligible for interview for raising cutoff marks in graduation percentage which previously decided. SSCER Kolkata 2015 notification again they asked me that they didn't received the certificates and again I had sent by speed post and mail also.I attended interview on April 2016 at Kolkata .All Clerical staff and Interview board members harassed me asking you only applied grievances and RTI and noted and asking me infornt of all persons who had attended Interview.On that day I feel Ashamed and got Disappointment.Iam not selected in that interview
