Title suit by adverse possession

Sir i have been residing in Dibrugarh.I have residing since 2003 by constructing a Assam type House with boundary wall in the Land of Amir saikia. I have been paying Goverrment land revneue on behalf of actual land owner AAMIR SAIKIA.since 2004 to Dec 20198.Actual owner aware as regards my construction of house.When he threaten to leave on Nov,2018 I file a title suit as adverse possession .As per limitation act actual owner should file suit within 12 year .But from 2003 to 2018 elapsed 12 yea r and actualm owner not taken any steps. Inspite of that Honourable supreme court of india ruled if the actual owner not claimed within 12 year then right changed to squatter...I am Alam sarakar as squatter....during the trial Defendent (actual Owner) not attended and not submitted any written statement after receiving summon from Civil COURT.So trial begin with ex party(Defendent not appeared in spite of receiving summon)....Trail started with ex party..in the" LAND REVENUE CERTIFICATE WRITTEN AS LAND REVENUE HAS BEEN RECEIVED FROM ALAM SARKAR ON BEHALF of AAMIR SAIKIA"Certificate has been issued by Goverment land revenue department. But honorable assistant session judge given a verdict Plaintiff not entitled to claim title on the basis of adverse possession.Due to adverse possession is a shield not sward. Honorable assistant judge ruled that LAND REVENUE PAID BY PLAINTIFF ON BEHALF OF DEFENDENT not valid. Judgemnt deliverd negative.. May i approached to Honourable HIGH COURT for appeal for title suit..
