Medico legal issue

Hi , Need advice for my one of the medical condition which caused one disease got permanently due to one doctor negligence in surgery . Suddenly I got pain in my stomach and doctor identified that there is stone found in gall bladder and due to that pancreas is also getting pain so we need to operate gall bladder but before need to wait to fix pancreases pain . They kept me Icu for 7 days and after 15 days they operated my gall bladder and said everything got fixed now you should be ok . After surgery I asked doctor to do scanning and he said that nothing to worry no need but I started getting pain again and he said it is after surgery pain so will be fixed in another 6 months , after 6 months still pain then I wnt to another doctor and he found that remannent gall bladder is there and still stones are there then we came to know that gall bladder was not removed and no stone removed even after surgery when we asked to show stone doctor said it was ruptured gall bladder so we throwed and no need to worry . After 1 year my condition became worsen so went to another doctor and he found stone in bile duct and through eus and small surgery he removed stone and some relief got this was done in same hospital of Columbia Asia hospital Bangalore another branch . Even after 6 month same case and I was getting again pain and this time even worse condition and i need to go frequent hospitalise as not able to eat anything . I went to fortis hospital and after that they told that you have developed with pancreatitis which is life long disease and there is no cure only precautions you have to do in your whole life . They said we need to first remove gall bladder and stones and wait how pancreatitis behave . They did surgery and found 2 big stones size almost 10 to 12 mm each . They said due to these stones you developed this disease which is life long and no cure . Now I am suffering from so many things and not able to eat normal diet and whenever eat any kind of fatty food started getting pain vomiting and need to hospitalise . Doctor said it is very dangerous disease and cause attack any time for pain and if burst can cause organ failure . It is disturbing my day to day activity and affecting my job capability . Please let me know if I can ask compensation to hospital and doctor and file a legal case against him . Thanks
