Credit Card Payment

I have used ICICI Big Bazar Credit Card (No annual charges). After some time they sent another card (Platinum) without taking my consent, saying as you are our good customer we have increased your credit limit on this card and blocking previous card. All the benefits are same. They start charging annual fee and I am also not getting anything (gift,discount) from Big Bazar on this new card. I have already paid more than 2/3 times whatever I purchased on this card. Still I have been receiving phone call from ICICI Bank asking me to pay Rs.92,000 more. I asked them why I have to pay Rs.92000/-. They told me that your total due is Rs.92209, Principal Amount is Rs.56673.68 and you can settle this amount by paying just Rs.36,000/- only. I asked them to provide details of items which I have purchased of Rs.56673/- ( as they must not be more than 3/4 items). ICICI Bank official says that he will provide details within 2/3 days. Instead providing details I have received "Notice for appearance Under Section 20(2) Legal Services Authorities Act,1987" on Dec-08, 2018 at Karkardooma Court, Room No. 35-36 on my wattsup from the same ICICI Bank Official number. Please suguest, what I have to do? Can I put the matter to Banking Ombudsman?
