Can a company fire me within work bond?

I recently joined a startup 8 months back, and in these 8 months, I have suffered numerous humiliation from the company officials. Since I signed a 1-year bond upon my joining I have not given any interviews and can't look for a job. In these 8 months, 4 of my reporting managers have been changed out of which two have been fired (asked to leave) by the organization. I have been continuously asked to do work which does not fall under my expertise or KPIs. Multiple times my current manager has shouted me on the floor but no one complaints or volunteer to be a witness as she is a very close and old friend of the CEO. I am the only guy who is made to send Daily Status of work summary which no other employee in the company does. Today, they called me in the cabin and have asked me to let them know by when I can leave the organization. I was speechless. I do not have a job in my hand and they have asked me to leave, even when I am in a bond with them with 2-3 months remaining. Wha should I do? please help.
