Cheating by The varitas Career Solution, Mohali & Synmeta LLP

I have received call by Ms. Kanwaljit Kaur from "The varitas Career Solution private limited", Mohali Punjab for the job in the USA. They have asked to deposit Rs. 12000/- for review of my profile. I have paid in the year 2015. After that they have forwarded my cv to their USA based company SYNMETA LLP and taken two telephonic interviews. In which I got selected and offered USD 70000 per annum salary with Scientist postion in the SYNMETA LPP. Next day I got the mail from the Veritas that I have to deposit Rs. 100000/- immediately to retain this post so I have did it. in year 2016 they filed my application for H1B visa but after an year they said my case got approved so I have to deposit USD 9000, to get my labor certificate and H1B letter. Since 2015 Mr. Simar singh Jolly, owner of both the firm in touch with me via WhatsApp text and call. In this tenure I have visited multiples time to their Mohali based office, in july 2017 they suddenly shut down their office and all the phone are also blocked. Till that time I have deposited an amount of Rs. 7.00 lacs. Since march 2018 Mr simar is also not replying via any manner. Please advice what to do??? How I will recover my money and sue on the cheater.
