Change of D.O.B in passport ...due to wrong details with fake adhar

I had earlier made my passport first in 2013 December as a minor on {dob-1999 a year younger than my actual dob that is - 1998} with the help of adhar card with 1999 dob on it Earlier i did that because i had some opportunity to go abroad that had age eligibility of 1999 dob for which i somehow managed to make adhar card and further made passport a year younger that is 1999... But now bcoz of that i have different dob in my 10th marksheet certificate as it is the genuine one and a year younger in passport that i made by wrong document-adhar card.... I have now almost renewed my passport recently by showing 12th marksheet as a proof of non ecr category as that doesn’t show any dob like my 10th marksheet and adhar with 1999 dob along with expired passport... which worked out as only 10th certificate holds my genuine a year younger dob that was not compulsory to show... But now,I am getting an opportunity to study abroad for which i have to show my passport as well as 10th marksheet...where dob differs which is a big issue and wont let me go through the process I know i have provided wrong details and documents in making my passport as a minor (adhar card ,first passport) and continued it till its expiry and even now i have reissued it after expiry with same dob details in which only it’s delivery is pending from the passport office ...within next 15 days i will get the new passport but it will have same dob ...only it will be renewed and non ecr category on the basis of 12th marksheet I hope i have cleared my situation ..... I am ready to pay the fine or if there is any other way out of this problem... i know i have messed it on my own but now i really want to get a new passport with my correct dob as mentioned on my 10th marksheet and on my original dob certificate ...can do anything to change my dob in my current passport According to -10th marksheet and birth certificate (dob genuine)- 1998- that is 20years old -Passport dob(fake)- 1999 that is 19 years old I can get my adhar card dob changed to the correct one while my 10th marksheet and birth certificate already has the correct details But the only document is my passport which is the real issue for which i want to change the dob to the correct one ... I want to change dob of passport to same as dob in 10th marksheet and original dob certificate ... that is a year older ... 1998 in place of 1999 Need some solution to work this out... Saw this website though it might help me... Any assistance will be really appreciated
