CI Police is doing Harassment and doing settlement on money transaction

Sir i am from Vijayawada my mother had taken barrow money 8 years ago we were paid interest on the money till 7 years from last one year we were not paid the interest on the total amount due to some financial problems we requested to give me some time to clear the payment but the party has put the issue at Circle inspect of Police on 3 months back when the CI was asked i was said sir we are unable to pay the amount right now and we will try to pay as soon as possible but not now, from that day onwards CI is sending constable to my home and take us (mother and me) to police station, we were attend the at the police station and we met the CI police, and he is talking unparliament language and giving warning saying like i put the lockup and broke the legs and hands, sir actually we were paid the interest amount more than on the taken amount now we are unable pay right now due to suffering lots of problems and asking some time to till when we come out from problems.. but CI is day by day doing torchar so i am requesting you give me suggestion.... can i approach the court ...? for asking some time to pay the barrow amount through court, my mother was wrote two promissory note and given the party when 8 years back.. and my mother was did small chitti business 2006 to 2012, and now my mother not doing any business, if i approach the court if the CI will put any false case on us, is there any chance to take before bail ...? we weren't did any fraud in our life this is the first time to facing this issue and going to the police staion.. Pls. help us... we were bothering lots problmse i was started start up company 2 years back but not well we dont have income from 2 years my monther is singel at my home i am with my wife and 2 childrens in other town... pls. help us..
