Recovery of loan to a person

Sir, My source of Income is Salary and my F.D. Savings. Out of which I had given a sum of Rs 6,60000.00(in parts i.e. 30000.00, 50000.00 etc) to a person known by my Husband. On my deposit to him, I had received a Interest less TDS in march 2017. In Jan 2018, the Receiver was been accused in some Monetary fraud in business, also he was declared as "BHAGORA" and sent to Jail for 2 months. And after coming back from Jail, I asked him to give my money back but he was giving time by time. But he had not given my money. On inquiry about him, I found that in his Business he had taken Limits from the Bank by mortgaging all his property. Also he had taken some unsecured loans from banks and relatives also. Now I want to know that when he is neither paying nor denying to repay my loan, what are the possibilities of recovery by a recovery suit when he had proven bankrupt but is transacting through his saving and other current account and had done transaction amount to Crores through these bank. Can his property be attached if I filed a suit against him when it is already mortgaged in Bank and what are the chances of my amount recovery. Manju Gupta Delhi.
