Account Frozen years ago without notice being served

Respected Sir / Ma'am, My savings bank account remain frozen till date (since 2013) and till date no notices being served by the bank over the cause thus denying me the right to pursue. Its the 5th Year that it remains frozen despite being chased by the bank for a re kyc which I did recently on assurance that i can re use the account. However recently, on enquiring the bank of the debit freeze, I was told that, some person made a (false) complaint against my account of fraud and cheating (i.e. Back in 2013). The complaint seems to me was just made, orally to the Bank as I was never served a notice before and after the freezing towards the same either by the bank or the police. It was meant to inflict maximum loss I understood. The complainant was being paid equally by me the very next day and im having the proof, the transfer receipt to justify my statement. A mail was sent by me (again 2013) to the branch manager, as per instruction from the customer care itself, requesting to defreeze the account, and sent them the transfer receipt as attachment as well but all in vein. They never reverted back since than and its been 5 years I still want to know the reason why it is still left frozen. With good faith I repaid Rs. 30000. On repeated request to learn about the cause of the freeze, they gave me blank answers and told me to deal with the base branch. Recently, I visited the closest branch again for the re kyc as I was assured that I can use it again. However after waiting 10 working days, I was told my account is now active but it still remains under debit freeze. I asked them once again, if they have a judgment against me of from law enforcers as I paid the complainant the next day and having receipts as proof yet they left me dazed stating, I have to contact the base branch to lift the freeze. Since I am not staying near to the base branch, I cannot visit it and thus opted to visit the nearest branch. I want to know what should I do in this regard? I was never served any notice by the bank / or magistrate and since I repaid it seems, the complainant didn't dislodge the complain or inform the bank. What right should I exercise here and what are the legal options I have here? Im Innocent and this is affecting my life. Can banks freeze an account without such judgment and if yes, shouldn't I be intimated? I have done everything possible but it seems like the bank want to keep harassing me with mental agony of all kind. I still dont know why I my baking rights are withheld. I have no complain against me what should i do pls help
