Regarding part time service to convert full time

Good morning sir I am working constituent college of vinoba bhave university as part time assistant professor in B.Ed section from 2014. University was published advertising post for part time physical education teachers and also other full time for other subjects teacher in 2014 . Our selection through personal interview and that selection board also select other subjects teacher also. Till 2014 B.Ed course was one year. And from 2015 According to new NCTE Norms B.Ed convert two year academic training course.and and physical education subject was full time like other subjects. According to new NCTE regulation 2014 there is no provision in part time teacher. When university was appointed to us part time lecturer but they were taking service like full time. University did not give any instructions about part time teachers. When university was appointed to all teachers that contract was 11 month and after one day break service was continued by university. After coming new NCTE 2014 all teachers service continue to till the course. And university ended to 11month contract. All part time teachers get consilated 10 thousand per month and other teachers get 33500 per month. Now university published advertising against our post and once again appear for interview. Now we have complete 4 years from 2014 to 2018 .and we have taught session [deleted] . When this matter goes to high court writ petition then lack of poor presentation of lawyer we lose it. Now university want to terminate to us. Please guide to us .
