Transfer to Hydrabad, (Without given offer letter,appointment Letter)

Dear Sir, I Was an empolyee of A contactor in A reputed hospitality firm country club india limited. Contactor Was thrown out of company by management. We the staff of that contactor,were merged in the company last three years back. Now at that time, We have not given any offer letter, appointment Letter or any documentory proof regarding our employement. Later company managar exploit the merged staff and throw them out of the company one by one in Past two years.now only less then 10 percent old empolyee are there in company. I too Was A victim of his cruility this time. I Was getting A Salary of ammount 11000 in account plus 2000/- cash by voucher. Company increment his empolyee Salary by 10 percent in july month. I too got 1100/- increment in my account 11000+1100 (12100) in my account. But managar stopped rs. 2000/- voucher cash. I have complained to highly authorities of the club. But no one listen. Later I complained of this issue to haryana labour commissioner on his portal. And the file Was in office of our area addition labour commissioner circle 1 Faridabad. But company has given me transfer to their head office in Hydrabad. And I have signed on it, transfer letter. Due to my Salary Was hold.and I Was hard up these days. They told me I will get my Salary only after sign on the letter.i have done the same. Now, they are refusing to provide me accomodation and Food facility in their Hydrabad office. Now what I can do Sir, even Court authority are also Blamming me. Why you have sign on your transfer letter. Please help me to get know about my legal situation. Can I do anything to stop my transfer and get my same job in that club.
