Biometric mismatch problem during document verificaton in sbi clerical cadre.

Here below i am attaching the mail sent by me. please suggest what are the legal helps can i take in case if they cancel my candidature, despite i have all other valid documents except for biometric and that is not my fault. [biometric taken at the time of exam was needed to be matched with at the time of documents. and TCS is the priary authority for biometric]. ​I, Pankaj Bhadula a selected candidate of SBI JUNIOR ASSOCIATE Roll No. [deleted]. I appeared for Clerk Mains Examination this year and got shorlisted for provisional joining. ​Today i.e. on 13 november 2018, I visited Gorakhpur AO centre of SBI at the scheduled time at 9AM. My documents were checked/ verified by concerned staff and thereafter my Biometric test was conducted. However, I was told that my thumb impression do not match. I requested the TCS staff conducting Biometric Test to check the thumb impression again. He called me after sometime and conducted the test again but result came the same that thumb print mismatched. On requesting the bank staff, , they offered me to appear for Biometric test once again for the last time but it again mismatched. I was frustrated from this as I am the genuine and the same candidate who appeared for the JUNIOR ASSOCIATE post. Sir, It is not my fault for mismatch of thumb impression due to some technical fault of the instruments or any other reason. I again declare that I am the genuine and the same candidate who appeared for the Preliminary Exam and Mains Exam. The authorities may get it checked from any source or test. They can check the CCTV footage of the college where I appeared for the Mains Exam and also match my today's thumb impression with the one I put on the Mains Call Letter in front of the college authorities. There could be technical fault also, the authorities should check this out and solve the matter with TCS. Sir, you are requested to look into the matter urgently and do justice to me. It is the question of my career. Any criminal proceedings can be initiated against me if I found guilty or a fake candidate.
