My dues salary not paid by employer

Respected Sir/Madam, I Gangesh Kumar Jha was employee of M/S KAKOHA VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED its CIN No. U74999DL2017PTC323898, Registration Number.- 323898, ROC Code.- RoC-Delhi, Company Category.- Company limited by Shares, Class of Company.- Private, Date of Incorporation.- 19/09/2017 with Delhi ROC, and Registered address B-1758/1 SHASTRI NAGAR, New Delhi, North West, DL 110052 IN and Workshop Address is . 169, office Complex, DDA Cycle Market, Jhandewalan, New Delhi- 110055 & New Shifted Office is. PB 02-C, Second Floor, Pulbangash Metro Station Mall, Delhi 110007 Present KVPL‘s Directors are:- A. Sagar Mahat his DIN No. is 07919609 and Residential Address is B-1758/1 SHASTRI NAGAR New Delhi North West DL 110052 IN. B. Neha Bhutani her DIN No. is 07919625 and Residential Address is H.No.4516, Arya Pura, Roshanara Road, Near Nirankari Satsang Bhawan, DL 110007 IN. I am writing in reference to the collection of my paycheck. I was hired as a Sr. Accounts Manager in Oct of 2017 at the pay rate of Rs.33, 600.00 PM in hand. I have joined M/s Kakoha Ventures Pvt. Ltd. On 10th October 2017 as a Sr. Accounts Manager and resigned by Email Dated 07 th May 2018 (10.26 PM). I was completed handover process on 9th May 2018. I have not received a paycheck for the Month of November 2017 and was only paid partially for the month November Rs. 20,000/-, December Rs. 10,000/- and January Rs. 8,000/-. I have not received payment for the period November 2017 to June 2018. My pending despite Total Salary Payable Rs.2, 25,120/-, Received Pratley Salary Rs.61,845/- and Balance Rs.1,63,275/-( One Lakh Sixty Three Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Five Only). Respect, we would like to you inform that we have got salary only for the first month and later they started giving us partial payment of our salary and gave us false promises that salary will be credited soon but nothing has been Paid yet. I told him many times please leave me i can't manage my family without my payout, But every times they told we will clear all dues in next month, be Patience. These persons ruined my career. So request to you please take an action against it. Despite of our numerous request, emails, and reminder neither we have received any amount nor any mail reply from them. Now we came to know that they are about to close their company without clearing our outstanding dues. Sir, we are chasing up this matter for quite some time but instead of giving us any amount they started abusing and avowing us. We are enclosing herewith all the relevant documents for your kind perusal and necessary action. I am belonging from farmer family. My financial condition is very poor. My Family also suffering. You are requested to kindly do the needful. Your favorable action in this regard will be highly appreciated.
