Bank employee terminated

Hello sir/madam, I'm writing this letter on behalf of my father M.S.Hanumanthappa. Employee in kaveri grameena bank { under sbi } from 1989, he worked till 2013 december 13 almost 24 years. On december 2013 he got brain stroke paralysis, we shown to various hospitals but no use... We sent medical certificates,claimed medical bills & applied for reteirement under medical base. But bank didn't replied properly forced us to resign the job. But we are looking after my dad we continuously sent all medical certificates & all. On 2016 my dad last his both eye sight due to sugar & brain stroke. From 2013-2016 bank didn't gave 1 rupee,bank forced us to resign the job but we didn't. On 2016 we claimed for pf amount we taken pf amount but bank mentioned in pf that hanumanthappa is business person worked nearly 17 years he resigned the job, start giving pension 2000 for one year only. We've full details On 2017 we don't have choice to survive we taken resign amount of 500000 with no pension & no salary from 2013 & no other benifits. I've full documents correspondence letters from 2013-2018. Bank cheated us they didn't considered as reteirement under medical, Now my dad was blind. Bank didn't provide person also, bank stated wrong details in provident fund, bank chairman says some one done like this go through law, we are staying in bangalore headoffice in mysore from last 5 years we are travelling from blr-mys..... We want justice Please suggest
