Justice from my Sibling

My name is veerag, from Hyderabad. I work in a MNC and I have a elder brother and a elder sister. I started working at 20 years doing odd jobs and while pursuing my graduation and MBA. I had another elder sister who passed away due to renal failure and improper medication due to lack money. My brother he has help her surgery and later after few he started pressuring my parents for his money of 1.5 lacs. He had been a habitual alcoholic and been beating my parents from years and would for every silly things. He got married and they moved out of our house after he stayed for 2 years without doing a job and even his wife. I was the only bread winner of the family. Though he moved he would come very often and stay in our house for weeks and demanding money for alcohol. I was once convicted for doing a forged signature of my friends father along with him and got released acquitted After 2 years of trail. I have realised my mistakes and started to work in garments stores and supermarkets and managing college and job. I got married 4 years ago and everytime when there is an argument breaks out my brother accusing me about my past and try to blackmail by revealing to my wife. I have been thinking to end my life as I don’t think despite taking care of my parents since 15 years and clearing all my house debts now I stand in a position to don’t know what to do with my life. I wanted to move away evertime with my parents but he still comes to our hoem and now he and his wife starts demanding about the money they have given to my during marriage. I want to break all ties with him legally and also want the safety of my parents coz if I leave them he might come and hit them hard sticks and once a broke a bottle on my mother head. Please advise
