Consumer case -- Execution petition proceedings

Hi,I am resident of Bangalore,last year I had filed a case against HR,Head,Job Consultancy company of Faridabad in Consumer Court Bangalore.During court case proceedings also,the concerned party was absent, Last month got Court Judgement in my favour,in the Order,Court has instructed opposition party to pay the amount including expences within 30 days.But till now the opposition party has not paid the amount,even I checked with Court office also whether they directly deposited to court,but they also confirmed,still not deposited.The 30 days period is already over. Have sent Court order copy seperately to the Opposition party to pay the amount as per the Order within the stipulated time i.e within 30 days of the Orders through speed post,which was delivered on 18/10/2018.In view of the above,request you to kindly advice me on further steps for recovering the amount.Their Bank account is active to whcih I made the payment initially,Can I attatch their Bank account for the amount through execution petition? Have filed the case against the designation of the employee,i.e on HR Head who cheated by promising false promise,have paid the amount to their consultancy account as per the employee furnished details,whether the consultancy management is liable to pay the amount as per the court order,as their employee only cheated by false promises and the amount was paid to their company account(not to individual account)? Please advise on the further steps for recovering the amount as per the Court order.
