Bonafide mistake

Sir ,i want clarification on bonafide mistake.as i have been filled a court case wrt pay & allowances .during the course of arguments respondents stated that in low medical category no body is eligble to draw the allowances whereas i have been submitted evidence in which no of people who was in low medical category has been drawn allowances . but during the course of argument respondents states that due to bonafide mistake will be granted allowances after this court pronounced order that " the question of mistake being bonafide or not would be depend on the facts as to how many officials in all have been given the allowances despite not to the respondents were not entitled to such an allowance.in order to obtain the clarity on this aspect , the respondents are directed to file an additional affidavit therein ,giving the total no o officials who have been given the allowance. Hence in view of above i want to know order is favorable or not and how can decide this mistake is bonafide or not
