Procedure to know about government employees having domicile of two states.

Sir, I know some appointed teachers in uttarakhand having domiciles of uttar pradesh also. Four such opportunistic people have shown me their domicile of Uttarakhand and U.P. They have not cancelled their domicile of one state because they are appointed in Hilly areas of Uttarakhand. Now they want job in U.P. and they want appointment in urban area of U.P.. But I do not know their Application Number. Therefore I am unable check their domicile certificate as a proof. Sir such teachers are opportunistic. They want only money and facilities. They are playing with lives of poor people living in hilly areas of Uttarakhand. Sir I also belong to Uttarakhand and know the problems and struggle of people of hills. Sir I wanted to know the procedure to check their domicile online without filling the application number asked by the up govt. website. Such opportunistic people are also responsible for increasing unemployment. Some candidates are failing to get employed because many appointed candidate want their appointment in the urban places.
