Is Employment agreement is valid during the probation period.
Dear sir
I need your valuable suggestion. I completed 45 days training in a service based IT company in Noida. After completing the 45 days training company offer me a job on the same post. So They are saying to sign me two different documents, one documents has some rules and regulation along the below statement
1. I will be on probation period for 6 months and in case I want to terminate the employee then I should have to give 15 days prior notice.
2. The second document is heading "Employment Agreement" in which it is written that I will serve the company for 12 months and if I leave the company before 12 months then I will have to pay a 40,000/inr fine.
So kindly tell me whether the bond amount or employment agreement is valid during the probation period. As I am looking to leave this company within 6 months for further study, I talked to the company but they are ready and even they didn't inform about these bond at the time of trainee.
Please give your valuable suggestion.
