Same Name issue claim problem

Dear Team, I have purchased a plot of 120square feet in Village Rajapur in Panipat after demarcation I have started construction on plot but a party lodge complaint against me and in civil court that it's our plot actually case is that I have purchased plot from Bheri Bai D/O Sobharam urff Ramdas and as per lands revenue records the property was coming from Shamdas s/o Vasayaram s/o Ghasitaram till 1969 in 1972 it's changed in records as Sobharam urff Shamdas s/o Vasayaram s/o Ghasitaram,problem is that due to clerical mistake Shamdas was written as Ramdas in Hindi language.Now intkal was updated by Bheri Bai D/o Shobharam urff Ramdas s/o Vasayaram s/o Ghasitaram about 3canals and I have purchased only Khad Gadha 520,521plot no. Now a another party has claimed that They have certificate of Shamaram s/o Vasayaram and it is their plot.Now the main problem is that Bheri Bai D/o Sobharam urff Ramdas have not any proof because of Sarpanch and Nambardar has verified that Sobharam urff Ramdas were dead in our village Razapur so intkal was updated as Bheri Bai D/o Sobharam urff Ramdas s/o Vasayaram s/o Ghasitaram.I have purchased by ligle way.Now another party is claiming that Sobharam urff Ramdas urff Shamdas urff Shamaram was our Father and due to clerical mistake it's written as Sobharam urff Ramdas in records. They have certificate of Shamaram s/o Vasayaram and their grand father was Jetharam.Now we have not any kind of Death they are want to take the benefits of same name.plz help What to Do.
