Whether i can filed a recovery of dues in the high court regarding my pending dues from a pvt. ltd c

I was employed with a pvt lts company for marketing head in nov 2010-may 2012 . company takes my application takes my interview & promised me to join their company , after joining their company they will issue me a appointment letter . but after joining the company company never issue me a appointment letter. company always promise me very they will issue me the appointment letter . it was confirm from others employee that company never issue any apportionment letter to any body.company pay salary in cheques , issue form 16 , company never gives any bonus to me company gives bonus to workers of the company. in the month of April 2012 i asked for my all the dues from the company it was going to few lakh rupees . company told me verbally not to come to office anymore . company will pay you all the dues in your bank accounts / cheque to your home address . i follw up regularly from may 2012 to november 2012 , company rtgh few ammount for month of appril 2012. i filed a suit recovery in may 2015 , lower court told me that for salery of novemver - may 2012 cannot be due due to limitation factor . whetere as lower court never seen the last paymemt gives in month of june 2012 . company not paid my salary for the month of November 2012. in the court order nov 2017 that may payment are dures from the company. please confirm me i had paid the last salary in june 2012 , i filled a civil case for recovery of dues in 25 may 2015 . whether still i am in the limitation period bar due to limitation period. i filled a appeal in high court for recovery of my dues from nov 2010-may 2012 . please advice me whether i am in the limitation factor. in the cross examination in the trial court m.d of the company confirm that he never issue any appointment letter to any body . whether i can also file a criminal case in the lower court for cheating me. please advice me
