Can I file a case against Furniture Showroom

I have purchased a Sofa set from a well known furniture showroom in Hyderabad on 6th June 2018 with the Bajaj Finserv loan and the product has been delivered on 10th July 2018 with damaged condition. So, I have raised as replacement request to the customer care and they provided me with the complaint ID. I was following up with the concerned team in Showroom and as well as with the warehouse team but no one took the responsibility and every time they keep on saying that the product will be delivered ASAP with the reasons "product is out of stock", "shipment has not been received" . Finally I have received the sofa set on 07th Sep 2018 but again with the damaged condition. Now, I have a raised a refund request to cancel my order on 08Sep2018 and requested them to look into this issue ASAP as my monthly EMI will be deducted on 2nd of every month. The showroom personnel told me that the deducted amount will be refunded to my account in 15 working days. However, the issue was not resolved till now and again my monthly EMI has been deducted today (i.e., 03Oct2018). Could you please advise me on this on how to proceed.
