Appointment in dependant quota

Hello aur/madam, I am a death dependant of basic education Department uttar pradesh. My mother was a headmistress in senior basic school run and maintained by basic education Department up. She passed away on 15.2.2012 during the service period. I claimed for the post of assistant teacher in senior basic school as i was fully qualified for the post and direct recruitment were going on for the same post. Department rejected my claim on the ground of its rules and regulation. I went allahabad high court against the rejection order by writ A 18889/2015. After three years the court gave verdict in my favour by setting aside Department's rejection order and ordered the concerned authority for appointing me on the above said post within a period of three months. Now Department has rejected the court's order on the ground that the recruitment rules for the same post has been changed on 9 november 2017 by making an amendment in their rule book. And in new rule the above post is now not a direct recruitment post and its a promotion post now. Aur , my writ was pending before the new rules came in effect. The orders of Allahabad high court writ no. Writ A 59295/2015 and special appeal defective 301 of 2017 are in my favour and single and double both benches in these two cases has clearly defined that new rules can not be imposed while application has already been pending. Now I am going to file a new writ against Department's rejection order with the help of Writ A 59295/2015's and special appeal defective 301 of 2017's orders. My request to you is that please tell about some other orders from supreme court aur any high court for the same matter. I will be thankful to you
