Pay Protection for PSU to State Government Job Change
I am M.Ajay Kumar from Hyderabad, I was working in TSRTC as Security Sub-Inspector( appointed in 2013 and worked till May 2nd 2018) and while working in TSRTC, A State Government PSU; I have written Direct Recruitment Exam for the Post of Junior Assistant in City Civil Court i.e State Government Judiciary Department and got selected and appointed in May 2018.
In the Direct Recruitment Notification No Objection Certificate was not mentioned so I did not obtain NOC from TSRTC, but I have clearly mentioned in the application form, interview, my background verification form that I was working in TSRTC, Further I have informed to TSRTC that i got selected in City Civil Court and have submitted my resignation mentioning the same and which got accepted.
My Basic Pay in TSRTC was Rs.20350/- and my Basic Pay as Junior Assistant is Rs.16,400/-
Our State Government has also issued a G.O.M.S No 105, Finance Department Dt.02.06.2011 in in this regard that Pay protection will be there for those working in State PSU and joined State Government
I kindly request to suggest me whether Pay Protection is applicable to me if I have not applied through Proper Channel?
