Is non-refundability of Membership fee based on 1-sided contract holds valid as per indian laws?

Dear Legal Advisors, I landed up into a situation where in spite of never agreeing to avail vacation/holiday membership offer of Country Holiday Inn and Suits (CHIS) still I fell into their smart trap where they took Rs 180000 from my credit card under the name of checking special offers on my credit card. I narrated our worst nightmare of being victim of their fraud on Consumer complaint forum https://www.consumercomplaints.in/country-holidays-inn-suites-fraud-illicit-and-unlawful-practices-refusing-refund-and-forcing-membership-against-our-will-c2046266 Now I’ve been requesting them to return/refund my money they took but they have been denying refund by giving reference to their terms and condition which they never let us read and forced us to sign on dotted line while taking advantage of our situation during last evening hours on August 04, 2018. Till date they neither refunded our money nor provides any membership details or any signed copy of contract from their end. Rather whenever I request them to return/refund my money, they kind of threaten me by saying they have good connects in Delhi Police, Lawyers and Income Tax department. They are not going to refund any money. Could you please guide me on how to deal with such a situation to get my hard earned money back. Regards, Gurwinderjit
