Rights of nominee in banks fixed deposit

My friend's son was working in a nationalised bank. His elder sister is working in US. Friend's son changed his job to software, got married last year February to a software professional. His married life was not going well after 6 months. When he was working in bank his sister was sending money to keep in fixed deposit in his name as interest rate was more for bank employ. He has made his father as nominee for the FDs. After he resigned from bank job also the fixed deposits were continued. Last year due to difference of opinion my friend's son & his wife were quarrelling frequently & one fine she left her husband's house & went back to her parents. After 2 weeks of this incident during an argument between 2 parents to settle the matter something went horribly wrong & girl's brother & parents hit the boy.Boy collapsed & died later in hospital. A murder case was booked on all of them. Girl's brother & father were behind the bar till police submitted charge sheet. Girl & her mother are also part of this murder but they were not sent to jail as police claimed they were absconding. During this time boy's father went to bank & claimed the fixed deposit money for which he was nominee & gave the money to his daughter (boy's sister as money belongs to her). Still case is going on in court. Now whether murdered boy's wife can go to court & ask for money which was in her husband's name? What will be the court's decision? How to avoid girl from claiming the money ? Before murder the boy has told his wife that the money belongs to his sister. His sister is having all the transactions to show that she had sent money. As bank has already paid the money to my friend what will be his role now? As the boy is not there who are all (father, mother wife) will get the money. Boy is not having any kids & girl is continuing working. Boy's mother is in govt service & is till working & father is retired bank employ. As the case is still going on in court whether court will take any decision now?
