Notice of Call memo/Cum show cause notice for purchase of adult sex toys

I ordered an online sex toy form wish app on 23.08.2018 costing approx. Rs.630 (including 209 as shipping). On 17.09.2018 i received a notice of call memo form The appraiser of customs, Kolkata dated 05.09.2018 stating that the package is liable to confiscation under section 111(d) of CA act 1962 and penal action may be taken against me under section 112(a) and (b) of CA'62. I am required to submit (i) invoice of payment, (ii) import permit/ License issued by the concerned Jurisdictional Director. As per the above situation i have no obligation in customs confiscating the package and i can also produce the invoice/transaction details. Also only after receiving the show cause notice i got aware that import of sex toys is illegal in india.I tried to cancel the order but the seller wont allow it after it's shipping. I have yet not received the product and also mailed back the seller/website to return the product as its illegal in india. Now i do not want to end up in appear in court and am ready to pay fine. Kindly help to construct a proper legal reply.
