Salary Denied

I was working in a private company as sales executive , joined in feb 2018, got promoted to higher level because of my good performance along with salary hike as team leader which was not having any individual targets rather it was team targets. Now the situation is they have put my salary on hold since 2 months, more over they havent cleared my incentives as well as my traveling expenses which i had paid for tours stating that my performance was not good, so i resigned by serving notice period. In the same period of notice served one of the customer was threatened me that he will harm me physically by the group of his people so i raised the same with my senior authority but instead of solving the issue company have terminated me by saying that i misbehaved with the management. I tried to call them many times to the branch manager, HR Executive n rather to owner but they didn’t even answered my calls, so i mailed them that i will have to take legal action against company for fraud n harassed me, the owner said file case n get your money from court he will not pay anything. Head office is in ludhiana, my working location was solapur, In offer letter they have mentioned jurisdictional area as ludhiana, i want to get my money. Please guide I have all mails, offer letter, promotion letter n all call recordings
