Bajaj Finance harassment

Sir I have personal loan from bajaj finance which I haven't paid from past a year dye to family problem, job loss, now I have recently taken up job and agreed to pay the loan emi but the bank officials are not willing to give the emi regularization and asking me to settle the loan amount on 6 emis and which is beyond my salary. The collection agents are often calling and threatning to do the payment or else will they will come with police, Acp, 10 more people and embarrass me. He also told me to sell my kidney and pay, he told he will torture me to an extent I commit suicide. I told these to my family means Now they are scared this is causing me mental sickness. Though I have agreed go so payment the bank is harassing even the bank person from bajaj used abusive and foul language I have their entire conversation record with me I want to come out of this but not as the bank wants in my terms as I have lot of financial problem I can manage paying some amount to bank. Please need guidance and help to sort out as bajaj finance people aren't willing to listen.
