Gratuity & pension not sanctioned

Sir, good morning I have been retired 3 months back as a deputy collector in Telangana state Govt. While I was working as Tahsildar, the dist collector wrote a letter to CCLA Hyderabad in the of 2012 to take action against me as I had not issued notice to petioner in a land issue. The Hon’ble High court of Telangana delivered clear judgement that issue of notice is not necessary in this issue. Mean while the CCLA Hyderabad proposed to Govt to take action against me after lapse of 6 years and just before my retirement. The Govt returned the CCLA proposals stating that after lapse of 6 years and just before retirement and without examining the High court orders the Ccla proposed action “which is not necessary “ and retired the proposals. Even after CCLA wrote a letter to the collector to examine and send report. The issue is The AOC’s were not issued to me so far and I have not been called for any explanation till today . But my pension & Gratuity was not sanctioned . Kindly advice me in this issue Thanking you.
