Can I send the legal notice to previous company against unnecessary harassment after leaving the job

Dear team I am babalu KUMAR and I from dhanbad jharkhand .I had worked with shriram equipment finance company(sefc) which has subsidiary company of shriram transport finance(stfc) in between 2011 to 2016.shriram equipment fin com has merge with shriram transport. I had jioned sefc as a sales manager in 2011 and promoted as a area sales manager in 2014.in 2013 a customer has file FiR against on of my co worker along with branch manger and other 3 persons. that time I was as a sales manger .now in these days all accused person is not found by police during his investigations now stfc person has mentioned my name to police as a branch manager of that time but actually I was not.now police has attached my name to this case and pressuring to surrender. I had submitted all docs like offer letter and salary slip of that period to police through my friend but according to police stfc has given your name on letter paid. in this scenario what I can take step againts police and stfc person or company. Plz suggest
