Working conditions and mental harassment in railways

I have joined railway in 2016 as Junior Engineer and after my initial training i was posted in a small town of murtazapur in maharashtra as Narrow gauge diesel shed incharge .Even though my hometown being bhusawal which is 170kms away from the place of my posting i was assured that after initial few months il be posted back in bhusawal. That turned out to be a lie.Anyways as i started working i realised that we are seriously understaffed even though there are vacancy and personal available to fill the posts i have been denied the same and made to work 3 shifts with only 6 workers. The mental and physical harasment me and my workers go through is immense. Regarding working condition its way worst the shed in the middle of nowhere is flanked by wild vegitation and illegal slums. Basic amenities like drinking water , clean toilet and a rest room are missing. Also if i have to go on a leave i still have to look after work since there is no reliver for me . How can someone be treated like a caged animal and expect to perform its duties to the full. Kindly help me.
