Termination
I have joined call center on 18 May 2018 and not completed my probation period. Supervisor harassed me and insulted me on 03 September 2018. I have made compliant to HR and to Team leader on phone call . On 5th September HR visit to our night shift department to address my issue. When I went to office for my shift there was issue ouucured , actually someone has sent abusive message to the customer and our MD personally came to check/ investigate that issue. Meanwhile I have addressed my issue to HR person , he assured me to listen once again but he didn't call me back. After that our MD and managers investigate me for the of using abusive message sent by someone. I told them that I don't have any knowledge about the person who sent that messages. He asked me nothing and tell me to go before completing my shift. When I ask supervisor what about next day working he said that check your email. When I checked mail they terminated my service and assign reason that I was drunk. What should I do. Please let me know is there any remedy in law ? They levelled false allegation of being drunk.
