Regarding Termination by a company.

I recently started working in a company of bpo sector and I was a fresher when I joined the company. I have worked for 2 months in the company. In the first month it was all good but in the second month I the team leader(TL) became like enemy as I had opposed his wrong actions as he was misusing his authorities. On the day when I reached office then TL said that you will not login as there is a email from HR side. On asking also he didn't told me the reason. Then when hours later the HR came in the vistor's room where he told me that u are having a ztp case as the escalation came from your client end regarding your sarcastic call. But I told him that already the warning has been given by quality advisor.. ((( let u know that the client visited my company and stayed more than a week in the middle of that only this all thing happens))) Now on the point .. Then the HR told me no we can't do anything right now .. We can do only one thing for you that is not doing your ztp as it will spoil your job career .. The better thing is that you write one resignation letter by your side then I refused this and then he said that you will resign bt the content will be ztp only. When he was not able to convince then he called me to the HR room where senior HR was also there then he kept one letter in front of me and said read it and sign your ztp and no dues form. When I read it I found that it was not a ztp as Ask to leave under ztp was written which does not come under ztp . I refused it and and said do the ztp I will not resign as according to the ztp policy I have been given a warning but if u have to do the termination then do it with proper format. That is doing ztp and providing 3 months salary of upcoming months as well.. Bt HR told me that in his company there is no rule of paying salary of upcoming 3 months as compensation. He said either u sign your resign or we have a better option to transfer u anywhere he wants which could be anywhere Bangalore.. Chennai as it is written in the clauses of your offer letter. Isaid I wil l not be able to go then he said then just sign your resignation I refused and said just do whatever u want I will not sign the resignation..
A) whether company can take a action again on a case under which the action that is verbal warning had been already given.?
B) Did I have the wrong thing by not signing my resignation as there was some offers given by HR for signing resignation that is we'll provide u the jobs after 50 days in our company only in different process, will provide u the experience by not showing ztp. I refused all.?
C) The company is liable for upcoming 3 months salary as compensation under ztp rule as the ztp is not done yet what it will be.. And if the ztp is done in future as I am having proper recordings..
The thing happened 8 days ago and my salary of second month came after 4 days of leaving. Might be they have abscond me.?
D)if ztp not done am I eligible file a suit?
