Harassment and forced resignation.

Hi I am working as a software engineer at a pvt ltd company in delhi. It has been 3 months and I have been a subject of almost continuous mental harassment by the owners of the company. I have worked more than my working hours to meet deadlines. However, due to some uncertainities, there were some delays. A few days back I had a fired up conversation with the owner of the company and the owner used abusive and foul language. I walked out of the office to diffuse the situation. a day before , I was asked for resignation by the HR team. I declined the same and then emailed them that the condition upon which i will file the resignation. Now they are saying the following statement. ++++++++++++++++++++ We have to formally engage our Corporate lawyer to formulate a legal response to your request. We would share the response as we receive it from our legal team. As of now, we don't know how long the legal team would take to formulate the response. We would like to refrain you from entering our office premises due to our present situation. If you try to forcefully enter the premises and engage with our system we would be calling the local police to take legal steps. We request you to wait patiently for the legal response from our legal team. Also, until that time we will consider you to be on unpaid leave. thanks. ᐧ++++++++++++++++++++++++
